Slow and lethargic: Something is troubling you. Two options: 1: See a psychologist to see if she/he can unravel your concerns. 2: If there is no good response from this please see your doctor.

NEED A WORK UP: Wow there is a lot going with you and you need a thorough work up and evaluation. Not sure what strange liver results means exactly but there is an issue possible with you thyroid as well. May also be menopausal with the hot flashes. Need much more information to tie this all together and i hope that you have a primary care physician.

Fatigue: You need to see your 1ry care physician for your fatigue &amp; a psychiatrist for your other problems. Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, take multivitamins &amp; exercise on regular basis. Good luck.

Ca Not likely: Fatigue can be a symptom of malignancy, but other factors are more common. Depression, esp. around the holidays is poss. Stress due to the holidays, your job or family might be building up. A general check up with routine blood work by a primary care provider, even a visit to an "urgent care" for blood work, might be helpful in someone your age. Eating a healthy diet might help.
