Depression: I understand your concern. Average sleep requirement of an adult is 7-8 hours. Feeling so tired after 8 hours of sleep and no drive to do anything are symptoms of depression. At age 30, stresses of relationships, marriage, parenting, work, finances, and unresolved conflicts in various relationships can contribute to depression.
