Low: Normal values for aldosterone in adults are 5 to 80 ng/dl when standing or sitting and 3 to 16 when lying down. Acne and weight gain are more commonly seen with Cushings Disease, but sounds as if your doctor is on track to find the your cause of your tiredness.

Q: dry skin doesn't obsorb moisturiser, hair falling out, tired, poor concentration, memory loss?

Needs evaluation: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without a detailed history, physical examination, and probably lab and imaging studies. It would be prudent to consult your doctor. You may an easily treatable condition like low thyroid function.

How's your iron?: Iron deficiency anemia - and low iron stores - can be related to hair loss. A ferritin level is frequently drawn (blood test) to help sort this out. Low iron is especially likely if you are having heavy menstrual flow. Two cautions: 1) there are other reasons to be anemic - like bleeding from the bowel, 2) don't "freelance" with iron - you can overdo it. See your doctor. Good luck. Lgromko md.

Anti TPO antibodies: Can be elevated in some people with normal thyroids, and are markers of thyroiditis, depending on the levels and the follow up. Your symptoms don't point to a specific disease and can be common to other problems as well, your best bet is to see your doctor/endocrinologist for assessment and further management, best wishes

How long do you work?
How long do you sleep?
How heavy are you for your height? Go on-line to measure your Body Mass Index - BMI. Anything above 25 is considered high but somewhere between 26 and 30 won't be too bad for now and will point you in the direction of losing weight.
As for your hair - annoying but not uncommon.

I'm sure that your: Tsh level is closely monitored and medicine dose adjusted by your dr . Sometimes the dr makes the adjustment of the meds not only based on the TSH but also on your symptoms. Perhaps, there are other autoimmune and psychological issues- anxiety, depression, insomnia etc- that contribute to your problem. Discuss these in detail with your pcp.Take care!
