I think you might: Be talking about Lisinopril or an ACE inhibitor and maybe a statin drug for lowering cholesterol. These drugs also are used to lower risk of heart attack, stroke, cardiovascular disease in general and to reduce risk of kidney disease. I suggest taking the medications as they were prescribed. Side effects are possible, but not everyone has them. Your doctor decided the benefit outweighed the risk.

Can be many things: First thing to do is hydrate well and see if that makes a difference. If it does not, you should see your primary to check for basic causes, from continued dehydration to certain levels in your blood. If it continues, check with a neurologist or physiatrist to get an emg to rule out anything worrisome.

Musculoskeletal sources such as back strain,  disk protrusions are possible.

But,  with the tiredness,  and inflammation,  I have concerns about a possible rheumatologic origin.  

I suggest you see a general physician to initiate a broad workup.

A few possibities: People with depression often experience changes in energy like this.  So can people with various types of anxiety disorder.  There can be other medical problems as well -- such as thyroid dysfunction, various chronic infections, anemias, etc.  You could see your primary care physician for a history and physical, to sift through possibilities.  Referral to a psychiatrist may be needed too.

Exactly: It is a very specific set of muscles that we use to go up stairs, and they are not really used to that extent with other activities, so that is a common complaint.  Your stair climbing muscles are not terribly conditioned, despite your other areas of exercise.  Good question.

been going to pt for back and neck pain which induces headaches/tiredness daily. in pt, we work on strengthening my muscles and they massage out different part of my body and it still hasnt let up in a year plus. im not sure what to do next?

: Recommend a visit to a physiatrist, and get all of this re-evaluated.  There may be degenerative or inflammatory issues involving the spine and answers are needed to decide next steps.
