Need more info: These are 3 very vague and usually benign complaints that may not be related to each other- if you have  something going on in your GI tract that is making you have indigestion and inc bowel movements - like a tumor or liver or pancreas disease-then yes - you can have fatigue- but there re too many possibilities to give you a good answer- so recommend go see your doctor.

Start here...: Normal stooling ranges from 3-4x/day to 1 every 3-4 days. Your described stool frequency at once a week deserves evaluation. 1st, you are taking constipating medication? 2nd, if no tests have been yet accomplished, see a GI doctor to rule out metabolic disease (e.G hypothyroidism), partial obstruction, inflammation, anatomic defects (check colon), functional problem (e.G hirschprung's, etc.), more.

Sometimes I wonder: What is this? Really?  You ate more calories than usual, which probably means more sugars or carbs then usual, which puts a strain on your pancreas and blood sugars.  Your GI tract has to digest all of this extra food, and then it has to move through you and become stool.  It sounds like your body is doing what it is supposed to do.  Right?

A physician would have to ask you many questions to narrow down the list of possibilities.  The symptoms may be due to a physical or emotional problems.

my daughter's poop is a very pitch black color. she has been more tired than usual. she isn't sick and doesn't have a fever. nothing had changed diet?

A simple test of : her stool can reveal if her black stools are caused by bleeding somewhere in her gastrointestinal tract. I assume she'd have told you if she were having nose bleeds or coughing up blood. A simple blood test can show if anemia from blood loss is causing her fatigue. Unlike adults, kids very rarely have tumors of the GI tract. Don't fret. Do call her pediatrician for directions on seeking care.
