Sometimes I wonder: What is this? Really? You ate more calories than usual, which probably means more sugars or carbs then usual, which puts a strain on your pancreas and blood sugars. Your GI tract has to digest all of this extra food, and then it has to move through you and become stool. It sounds like your body is doing what it is supposed to do. Right?
