Maybe good news: The procedure can greatly improve the quality of one's life at the possible expense of making hepatic encephalopathy a bit worse. If a cause of cirrhosis can be found and removed, the condition can reverse partially. I don't know the cause, but with the new cure for hepatitis C, and the possibility that anyone may suddenly sober up, don't give up hope. Best wishes.

Negligible Risks: Calf muscle weakness and musculotendinous junction rupture are 2 possible risks or complications, but these are are rare and circumvented by physical therapy. Nonetheless, the benefits of Strayer on indicated conditions (e.g., spastic equinus, tight gastrosoleal or calf muscle complex, etc) far outweigh these possible risks and complications.

None: The most common complications after endoscopy are bleeding, perforation, and breathing issues such as from aspiration. A small number of patients will have a sore throat from an upper endoscopy.

Depends!: It all depends on what the procedure was!  A swab for a throat culture is a procedure, an appendectomy is a procedure, and one needs observation and one does not.  Which procedure do you mean? Why was it done?  What other medical problems do you have?  Ask again and clarify.  There's a 150 character limit so keep it short but as complete as possibl.

6 weeks: Unfortunately you can never completely escape the possibility of complications, but generally you can resume normal activities 6 weeks after a microdiscectomy.  Some surgeons will allow return to normal activity even sooner than that, so you should really discuss this with your own surgeon.

Low grade pain.: There should be little problem especially if this is to treat epididymitis. The procedure is safe and no long term complication as usual. There is always a small chance but most of the time people do well.

had a d+c  on 2/28.  my dr. rec. that all his d+c pts. wait 2 cycles before trying again.  is this necessary? healthy, no complications to procedure.

Probably not: It's probably not "necessary", but i also recommend waiting 2 cycles. This is not universally agreed-upon, and is somewhat a matter of opinion. After a d;c, the lining of the uterus is thin and might be less hospitable to a new embryo. And the area from the prior implantation may need time to heal as well. It just feels safer to wait.

what are the most common complications of fat transfer? i'm considering a fat transfer, but am want to be fully informed. what are the most common complications of the procedure, and how often do they happen?

The : The most common "complication" associated with fat transfer is not truly a complication... The take a fat that had been transferred is highly variable. Estimates on the fat that will actually persist and stay behind range anywhere from 30-70 %...
Patients are often concerned that the fat will be "lumpy" 
in the right hands of a well trained board certified plastic surgeon I have not found thus to be the case.
