Post amputation pain: Formerly called phantom pain, these pains are typically caused by poor prosthetic fit, or nerve growth. See your PMR doc for evaluation then an effective treatment plan.  Check yo insure there is not an obvious infection present (hot, red, swollen..) Good luck
