Inclusion cyst: If this has been there for a longf time and is painless, then it is likely an epidermal inclusion cyst. If you want it gone then have your doctor remove it.

Well the most common: thing with cold sores is that there is tingling, burning or pain that occurs at the site of the herpes infection prior to the blisters appearing, then there are tiny blisters on a red base. As long as you don't kiss her you really don't have to worry, but it you think it might be suggest there is a new oral medication that dissolves in your mouth to reduce recurrence

NO!: You can't make a diagnosis from a single white bump on your tongue. There are no lymph nodes on your tongue and you don't get zits on your tongue. See a doctor.

Herpes simplex: You may not be able to be sure, but these usually break down and form a shallow painful ulcer. If you are concerned, stay away.

Skin boil: Hard to tell without looking at it, it can be a skin boil as usually hernias don't have a red tender head.

Bumps above lip: The most common thing of course would be acne. Spider bites on the face would be quite unusual, and usually become quite red and hot with a central darkened area of necrosis. An STD like herpes is possible if they look like blisters or shallow open sores (but usually are very painful). If they get worse and look infected, go see a provider for evaluation.

Vermilion border: The edge of your lip where it meets the skin of your face is a common place for cold sores, or fever blisters, to appear.  It is also a location where there are sebaceous glands and a pimple can form.  Fever blisters are usually a cluster of small clear bumps; a pimple is usually single in this area.
