Cherry angiomas: These are little blood vessel endings that are annoying but of no significance.  They can easily be removed with laser if really bothersome.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight , losing weight may help.It would be prudent to see your doctor if the lesions persist or get worse.

Bug Bites: Although bug bites can be dramatic and even hurt when you get bit, most heal well as you describe.  You have looked for all the concerns  that would signal an infection, like surrounding redness or swelling.  It appears that this is healing well and it may take some time for the small red dots to completely resolve.

i have slight irritation on the head of my penis, with no redness, and i have also found a small bump on the head that has two small brown dots on it, dont know if i should be concerned or not ? fyi i am a virgin

Depends on details: For bumps on the penis, a primary care doctor, a urologist, or a dermatologist can evaluate to see what they might be. Bumps can be trapped skin cells, trapped oily secretions, normal features, warts from HPV, etc...  A close examination should be able to tell if there is a problem or not. A video consultation might not show enough detail to get a diagnosis. An in-person exam works best.

i am experiencing  skin redness or irritation around my lips after i eat, laugh, even kiss. this redness, when i'm not eating etc, is a brown pigmented line which looks like a distorted lip liner. this started 6 years ago as a small brown dot.

Melanin: It is possible that the small brown dot that initially appeared was melanin, the substance that is responsible for pigmentation in the skin and tissues of the body. The melanocytes are cells that produce melanin and some people can have brown pigmentation in the lips, as well as the tissues of the mouth.

Stop treatment: Teething is a normal process and doesn't need medication. A teething ring may help and an occasional dose of Tylenol (acetaminophen). The rash may be a separate problem that should be examined. She may also have had a virus? All the best.
