Lip rash: Lips have small glands in them just like other parts of the skin that keep the skin soft. It's possible that whatever activity you engaged in may have irritated the skin and caused these symptoms. Other things to consider are any new exposures that could have irritated your skin such as a new lipstick or even latex exposure. Safe sex is very important and good to talk to your partner about it.

Red bump: It might be a "pyogenic granuloma" which is a benign growth of capillary tissue. A dermatologist could probably take care of it quite easily. If it bothers you then have it checked.

Boils: The best and most important thing to do would be to have  culture done on the pus from the boil. Once the inciting bacteria is identified, then the right oral antibiotic can be used to kill the offending germ all through the body. Using hibiclens soap twice a week in the shower for 2-3 weeks can also kill bacteria but it is not meant for long term use.
