can the baby get this? what do i do?

No harm likely: Adults that are healthy rarely get complications of hand foot and mouth disease so the risk to the baby in very small. You can't do anything if you have it except take care of yourself. However, unless you get more bumps on hands and feet it is not like HFMD.

Dyshidrotic eczema: Sounds like dyshidrotic eczema which is a dry skin condition. Treat with topical steroids, moisturizers and antihistamines. See your doctor to get stronger strength topical steroids. Otc cortisone does not work very well. Also need to consider fungal or bacterial infection as secondary infection occurs often with eczema.

If painful: and last for &gt;3 days it may be infection and ask ur MD to take Antibiotics. if not painful may be sebaceous cysts, which may need general hygiene,

Bump palms: A common condition is dupuytrens which is not related to typical blunt trauma.
Other common problems include scar reaction adjacent to a small cut or blister, an inclusion cyst or foreign body and a ganglion of the tendon sheath where the finger and palm meet.
   Talk to your doctor about this for more information.

Dyshidrotic Eczema: At least that's what it sounds like.  See your doc for a firm diagnosis.  You may also get a steroid cream to help with the symptoms.  hope this helps!

Nevus: What you are describing sounds like a mole (nevus).  If it is new, growing, changing or you are concerned, you should have it looked at by your pcp or a dermatologist. Pompholyx: This could be a condition called pompholyx. Usually it comes as multiple lesions  so if it is a single lesion ,chances are it is something else
