Blackhead?: If it's actually on your vulva then it could be a simple blackhead. Though one wouldn't want to miss a melanoma which can appear on vulvar skin as well. To be safe, get it looked at by gynecologist.

good day doc i have a bump near my vagina. it's small, hard, not itchy, and outside the bump there is a small blackish thingy. the bump is not exactly inside the vagina. i haven't been on any medication help doc should l be worried?

: This may be a wen, also called a sebaceous cyst. However it would have to be inspected by your physician, gynecologist ,surgeon or a dermatologist to be sure for diagnosis and advice. Lack of redness &amp; tenderness means it's not inflamed or infected.

Pigmented lesion: This could be due to several things-- a vascular lesion, or a melanocytic (nevus-like) lesion. Given the small size and smooth surface, it is unlikely to be a problem, though if it is a melanocytic lesion, it bears watching, and possible removal if any enlargement of other change occurs. Vulvar melanoma is uncommon, but may develop from long-ignored precursor lesions.
