Terminal incontinenc: You need to see either your gynecologist or a urologist or both.  Sounds like some pelvic relaxation has resulted in dribbling after you think your bladder has completely emptied.  This may be due to your pregnancy, but you should get a professional opinion by somebody who can examined you.  Best of luck and have a great baby.

Crystals: It sounds like small kidney stones which I would save and have analyzed. You need to see your Pcp for work up which may include seeing a urologist

Frequent Urination: frequent urination even without pain ,  with  blood , may indicate a urinary track infection. My suggestion is for you to see a physician to have a  urine test or go to urging care for  evaluation and treatment. We need to determine if the blood is coming from the urinary track or from the vagina. You did not say if you are on hormonal therapy or not.

Blood: This would suggest that the bright red blood came from the vulva or vagina rather than the urinary tract. To be sure, a clean urinary specimen could be sent for a microscopic exam to make sure there are no red blood cells under the microscope. A gyn exam should be performed if blood appears again without your menstrual period.
