Maybe: It's possible, but radiculopathy is not something you should try to self-diagnose. You need a thorough history and neurologic exam by an experienced clinician, and, if the doc thinks you need it, C-spine MRI and/or EMG/NCS. I can't tell from your post if this is benign or serious. You should have it checked out.

Not long usually: Generally this comes from minor injury to a branch of the ulnar nerve at the wrist. If no weakness or obvious wrist deformity, days to 2 weeks should see it resolve.

See md : You need an exam could be spinal stenosis or spinal problems causing pain in the C8 ulnar nerve distribution or the ulnar nerve could be entrapped at about 5 points. Specialist referral and CT/MRI or EMG could be indicated. Good luck.

Nerve irritation: It sounds like it may be an ulnar or radial nerve irritation. What causes it -- more history is needed to find out the cause of it. You can choose to see a doc locally to discuss it with them.

Ulnar nerve: Compression of the ulnar nerve can cause numbness, tingling or pain in the 4th and 5th fingers.  Entrapment can occur in many places along it's path from the neck to the wrist, but most commonly in the elbow (cubital tunnel syndrome).

Nerve pressure: It is probably from pressure on your nerves, if you put your elbow on something it may cause the same thing so check what you are doing when you have the sensation. If you are not doing anything then you should get checked. It may be something like infection causing irritation of the nerve root.

From your elbow...: Is the pain in your entire arm or just below the elbow? This could be coming from inflammation/ irritation of your ulnar nerve, mahybe from medial epicondylitis (or other causes). Have you had an elbow injury recently, or do you do a lot of repetitive motion involving your elbow? It is also possible for these symptoms to be coming from your shoulder or neck.
