Tingling lower left: May be nerve compression,  reflux, constipation, rarely gallbladder(usually right sided) /kidney/vascular/ovarian. Consider antacid/prevecid..Any unusual symptoms that persists &gt; 2 weeks or recurs  should be evaluated. Discuss with doctor/urgent care.

Unusual: Some people with allergies experience itching under the chin prior to onset of nasal symptoms. However it is possible although unusual for the itching to start at the rib cage area. Have you tried an antihistamine?

Nicotine Patch: Is the pain localized to the area where the patch was applied? Does it seem to be superficial - impacting skin?  Hypersensitivity reactions, rash, dry skin, urticaria can occur with use of nicotine patches. Sorry, I can't say much without understaind more about your pain.

Rib pain: You should have a follow up with your internist or gastroenterologist.  They will perform blood testing and a abdominal ultrasound to determine if you have a common bile duct stone.

Considerations: You describe a likely explanation for your breathing problems associated with your medications and history, but there may be additional issues that remain to be solved, and i cannot say you do not have tos associated with hand tingling, but again, other problems may be more likely, such as hyperventilation causing the tingling.  Your doctor should readily be able to sort all of this out.
