Need to see Dr.: You are young, so this is reassuring.  However, when your face is involved, it suggests that you are having something happening in your brain, not in your neck as could cause just arm tingling.

Ever had migraines?  Sometimes you can have other migraine symptoms without pain. The worrisome concern would be a stroke or other spot in the brain.  You need to have an exam and maybe a brain scan.

Tic Doulourex: Tic douloureux or trigeminal neuralgia is a severe, stabbing pain to one side of the face. It stems from one or more branches of the cranial nerve V that supplies sensation to the face, the trigeminal nerve. The pain usually lasts from a few seconds to a few minutes. It may be so intense that you wince involuntarily, hence the term tic. There is usually no pain or numbness between attacks.

Numbness : In young patients, demyelinating disorders is always a consideration. Other autoimmune disorders, or vitamin deficiencies may need to be excluded. Check with your physician for proper history and physical examination.  This is the best way for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.  Consider consultation with a neurologist. Anxiety: At your age it is most likely nothing. Watch out for a rash since rarely shingles can present this way . Usually you don't get pain in the back of the head. It could be a migraine especially if it is associated with headache and nausea and /or vomiting. It could be trigeminal neuralgia which can be disabling

numbness, tingling and spasms to right side of face. had 3 seizures cat scan, x-ray and mri clear what is the cause? (been put on keppra (levetiracetam) for seizures)

Have the MRI checked: If yuor MRI was not read by a neuroradiologist or done on a high field MRI machine it might need to be repeated.  Usually the test should be done with and without an injection of safe gadolinium based contrast.  If your doctor is happy with the quality of the test then you might need to see a neurologist as well if you have not already.

Multiple issues: Jaw and ear pain, and sore shoulder and neck might be due to TMJ dysfunction. This is often the result of bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), which is often caused by stress. See your dentist for a diagnosis and treatment.
See your medical doctor for the feet tingling, especially if it is recurring or lasts longer than 7-10 days.

Trigeminal nerve: Sensations to the face are perceived via trigeminal nerve. Your complaint suggests left sided t. Nerve irritation. If persistent you may need imaging e.G MRI scan.

Numbness tingling: Impossible to say without more information. However if it has persisted greater than 2 weeks, it should be evaluated. Could be anything from a temporary viral inflammation to ms, to a brain tumor.
