Numbing droppy eye: Both symptoms are indicative of a facial/neck  neuropathy. This needs an immediate evaluation by the ER or a neurologist. It may be a minor stroke, pinched nerve, infection etc. See a professional right away.

Can vary: If there is either significant nerve root or spinal cord compression, surgery could be an option.  An EMG test might be useful to ascertain whether you could delay surgery, as you might be a candidate for physical therapy.  Discuss options with your doctor

Ans: Could be as simple as a positional issue or could be more serious. Did you have any injuries?  You need a good history and exam.

Or muscle aches : You describe a complex set of symptoms that are unlikely to be related.  Often these symptoms can be to muscle fatigue or a virus.  Make sure it you don't have a virus, then consider exercise therapy which includes stretching.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See Orthopedic: Some cases resolve on their own with pain management like Tylenol (acetaminophen) and occasional ice and heat. If that is not the case then certainly an orthopedic doctor evaluation would be appropriate.
