Progressing tingling: Please consult a neurologist, or at least your family doctor.  These symptoms can be caused by problems in the brain or spinal cord, and should not be ignored.

Neurologist: Sounds like a quick trip to your local neurologist. Pins and needles can be anything from a pinched nerve to a transient ischemic attack ( mini pre stroke) don't mess around and have your symptoms evaluated.

Anxiety: anxiety and stress. Breath deep and slow and relax. Walk,stretch,.if symptoms persisted see your doctor.you are too young for anything serious

: May have been postural nocturnal compression, and perhaps due to pinching at wrist or elbow.  Sounds transient and reversible, but contact your physician if it persists or recurs or progresses.

i have had tingling/numbness in my left arm started about a month ago. a few weeks ago i started to feel the same on the bottom of my left foot. this week i feel it under my right foo and my right hand. i am so scared that i have neuropathy like mom?

Reassurance: 1. Neuropathies are caused from multiple mechanisms, such as diabetes, vitamin deficiency, etc., and can be reversed or controlled in numerous situations.  2. You may merely have sensory involvement (small fiber neuropathy), which might respond to targeted therapy and/or medical food such as MetanX.  3. See a neurologist, get this evaluated and start treatment as needed.

: Very difficult how to put this all together into one single problem. Best to discuss with local Dr who can do a neurological exam and maybe other lab tests.

Tingling: Tingling on both sides, in the face, and in an arm means there is no one location or side of the brain that is causing it. Tingling is an indication of irritation to nerves (or neuropathy), which can be from a metabolic problem (Eg, very low calcium) or from a diffuse skin problem causing the itching (such as hives or urticaria). Hyperventilation (breathing too fast) can cause tingling too.

Uncertain: You are a 30 year old female - don't know if you have any risk factors for a heart attack. However, if you have never had a medical workup and had medical causes ruled out than having it assessed is prudent.  It may be a panic attack but we can't diagnose it.

Sushi: No. May be you need to see psychiatrist if symptoms continue. Pcp may help to investigate why you have such reaction.
