Lactose intolerance : Bloating after eatting cereal and milk is suggestive of lactose or gluten intolerance. Both are very common. To know which you could try just drinking a glass of milk or having your cereal with coconut or almond milk. Once you know what's causing the problem there is a lot of information out there about dealing with it. Best wishes.

See surgeon: Pleurodesis is a procedure done to close the space between the lung and chest wall. This is done by causing an inflammatory reaction which can some discomfort sort of like pleurisy. However, continued discomfort can be other things, too. Ask your surgeon. The only dumb question is the one not asked.

Could be muscular : I'm not sure how related sleeping with the ac can be but pain worse with twisting and bending is usually muscular in origin. Having said that- it doesn't mean it any be something else so I would suggest being seen by a doctor.

Muscular or rib cage tension are possibilities. I recommend a careful examination of your chest and breast by your physician. If no obvious abnormalities are found, a mammogram may be recommended for complete evaluation.

Hard to know: In a 40 year old, unlikely to be your heart but always a possibility.  Could be acid reflux.  Also consider muscle strain or an irritation of where your rids and your sternum come together (costochondritis).  If continues, see your doctor.

Up to 85% of american women are wearing incorrect bra size. Encourage you to take care of your breasts by going to a bra specialty store for a professional fitting ; help w design selection. You will also be taught how to properly.
