i have tight sharp pain in my right side of neck only when i breath in if i lay on my right side it is much worse?

Hmmmmm.: perhaps it is a neck muscle spasm. spasms can be very painful; try some moist heat, perhaps some gentle stretching, and gentle massage.  Not sure why it is worse when you breath in.  As with anything else, if it persists, becomes very severe, or you develop shortness of breath, see your physician.

Blocked gland: may have a blockage of your submandibular salivary gland. When you eat there is stimulation to produce saliva. But if there is a blockage of the duct system the saliva remains in the gland and causes swelling which an resolve in time until you eat again. Should see an oral surgeon or ear nose and throat doctor for evaluation

: Not feasible to be precise, but possibilities might include TMJ syndrome, focal mastoiditis, dental issues, ear infection, focal herpes zoster.  Better than guessing, get your doctor to examine you and provide appropriate interventions.

due to side stretching my neck to a bit, i got sprain in my right side of neck. i don't feel pain but i feel tickling or tight sensation on the scm muscle for 2 days. i applied pain killer ointments but it's ok in morning but i feel it again randomly?

It may be useful to follow up with your doctor if symptoms do not seem to be improving in a few days or if they worsen in severity.  Over the counter pain relievers, heat/cold therapy, and gentle stretching may help relieve the pain prior to a visit.

Pinched Nerve/Muscle: Most times back pain that is sudden onset will resolve. He should use anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen, aleve around the clock and even tylenol (acetaminophen) to help.  If this does not resolve you should see your doctor for a muscle relaxant as well.  If it still does not resolve, I would recommend seeing a spine specialist for a full evaluation and testing. You may need to get an MRI to see inside.
