Hiatal hernia: Both cy scan and endoscopy will show hiatal hernia.  The endoscopy upper, will show a widening of the stomach above the lower esophageal sphincter.  Describing your problem you note pain worse when standing which doesn't fit.  Ask your doctor to look at ct scan for any hernias.  He/she can also review previous endoscopy.  Hope this helps.

Doctor can evaluate: Chest tightness, chest pain, or shortness of breath can be due to minor problems or to very serious ones. A doctor can check to see what might be going on. Sometimes, tests and chest xrays will be done. Possible causes include a partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung), asthma, stomach reflux, heart problems, laryngitis, other viral infections, etc... Sore throat can be tested for strep throat.

You look young: And that usually means a strain of muscles and ribs in the chest and spine muscle in the back.  The chest could be asthma or unlikely a heart issue. Lung functions and a possible "regular" stress test can also help, but seeing your dr will help sort this out. Physical therapy and yoga will likely help both.

Gerd: It is likely reflux,trial of proton pump inhibitor or H2 blocker for 2 weeks,and would benefit from talking to primary to what over history can be obtained

Might be an ulcer: your symptoms suggest that you might having an ulcer or gastritis it could a side effect to the surgery that you had some of the side effect of the reflux surgery of course are bloating delayed gastric emptying that could lead to ulcer or gastritis i am assuming you had your motility study and esophageal pH and gastric emptying study before your surgery
you need to see your GI doctor

Mallory-Weiss tear?: A mallory-weiss esophageal tear may develop after vigorous retching. Brisk red bleeding however should not be ignored or dismissed. Old blood may look like coffee-grounds, and be dark-colored. Oozing, small volume bleeds may be diluted by other stomach contents and may look like streaks, clots, or pink-tinged material. Any of these descriptions deserve evaluation--bleeding is never "normal.".

: Some react to red wine in this way.  Or to the meat seasoning. Try white wine and changing how you season the meat.  If you drink red wine whey you eat meat try it without the wine. Keep a diary and share with your Dr. Your body is talking to you..  Take good notes.

Pushups: I don't exactly know what you mean by "lower chest". Is your chest size getting bigger? Are you having trouble sleeping or trouble exercising? If you give me some more information I should be able to give you an answer.

Hands on the floor..: ...legs outstretched, lower body down, push back up, repeat over and over. The part about "flattening lower chest", not so sure. Good luck!
