Might be an ulcer: your symptoms suggest that you might having an ulcer or gastritis it could a side effect to the surgery that you had some of the side effect of the reflux surgery of course are bloating delayed gastric emptying that could lead to ulcer or gastritis i am assuming you had your motility study and esophageal pH and gastric emptying study before your surgery you need to see your GI doctor
