tightness in the chin after neck cracking, it's getting improved but i need to know should i be worried or not?

Symptoms?: If there is no problem with breathing or swallowing, you may ignore it. Try to avoid cracking your neck, it is just a habit, it does not fix anything.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have had jaw pain/tmj for 4 months now. i eat a mostly soft foods diet, but why, when i turn my heart sharply i get tightness in my cheeks and chin?

See dentist first: Who evaluated your pain? A general dentist, oral surgeon, neurologist or primary care MD? If no consults were done, start with the dentist.  Is there a history of trauma to the area?  There are many variables to be addressed, see a doctor of your choice ASAP.

i have been recovering from a jaw injury, nothing  broken or dislocated. i am getting pain and tightness in and around my chin. is there any cause for needing urgent medical attention? no fever.

Need evaluation: After jaw injury, presumption is that jaw pain is related to injury, However for someone &gt;60 yrs old with cardiac risk factors (eg high cholesterol, strong Fam history of heart disease) then further evaluation is warranted, Occasionally angina (heart pain) can present as jaw pain (not usually chin pain). If pain makes you short of breath, or if worse on exercise, see your doc immediately.

i have had pain and tightness in my jaw, cheeks, chin, and at times in neck. have had x-ray both at doctor and dentist office. x-rays all show normal. been going on for 4 months now. no improvement.

Some people may experience pain in the ears, cheeks or side of the head, while others experience problems with their bite, clicking noise when moving the jaw. They are the expert in this field.

You need a consult: to explore this pain pattern further.  Many "tight band" sensatons in head are tension headaches, but very unlikely for this to last for a month.

Muscle contraction: You may be experiencing muscle contraction headaches.  Best approach is to try and reduce trigger which is most often stress.  Speak to your doctor about a referral for cognitive behavioral therapy for stress reduction.

Sounds like: You need some instruction and counseling about stress and relaxation. Get some hobbies, do some exercise, take deep breaths, yoga, meditation. They all can help.

i get sudden onset of crawling and tight sensation on one side of my head.. it comes and goes but doesnt last long.
what could this be? i can go months without it then it will happen
