Tension: A wrapping, tight feeling on the forehead radiating backwards could be a tension headache. Provided these symptoms resolve on its own or with minor medicines, probably would observe. You should follow up with your doctor to see if further testing is advised. Good luck

Forehead pressure: What happens when you lie down or sleep? Could be sinusitis, allergies, reflux, try prevecid, keep food diary as when it worsens -diary, gluten soy may be culprits. Could be-trigeminal/cervical/TMJ (press bone by ear)irritation , or rarely may be heart ASD or aortic stenosis have murmurs that improve with decreased flow ( just areas to check-do not decrease flow) Would get echocardiogram, f/u w/d

Systemic Sclerosis: Systemic Sclerosis or scleroderma can do it.  Dehydration and malnutrition are other things to be considered.

Get corrective lens: If you're not wearing glasses, or contact lenses to correct your astigmatism, it may be tightening the muscles around your forehead and temples. You may be experiencing an eyestrain pattern. So the sooner that  you can have the astigmatism corrected,  the better you will feel in the body, and reduce the overall tension around your eyes.

Many Causes: How old are you if I may ask?
For young age with no skin changes and pain inside the head, I would be thinking of migraine as a possible cause.
For older age group with pain more superficial on the skin I would be thinking of Shingles as a cause

No: None of these topical serums or creams will remove wrinkles permanently. Make sure you keep your skin healthy by wearing sunscreen , moisturizer, not smoking , getting enough sleep and eating a healthy diet. If you wish to have permanent results you need to consult a plastic surgeon or a cosmetic dermatologist   take care!

Heat intolerance?: There is a group of patients  who are intolerant to  higher environmental temperature. Higher thyroid hormone level need to be ruled out by your doctor.

Many possibilities: You could be having referred pain from your eye or teeth, muscle contraction - tension headaches, trigeminal neuralgia to name a few.  If persisting, you should be examined.
