i took mdma oraly, my heart rate has been around 10-135bpm 3 hrs. chest tightness. oral temp-99.8f,rectal-100. i'm am having weird anxiety. any help?

Don't Do It: MDMA  or Moly or Ecstasy causes the very symptoms you describe. It has no legitimate medical use. 
Your current symptoms will go away in a few hours.

Don't mess w' Meth: Get checked by a doctor. You might  know if you have a weak heart (SCA can happen in children &amp; young adults w' no prior symptoms)
Methamphetamine may cause chest pain or tightness.
May also cause:

Angina. This symptom may occur in adults
 Heart attack. This symptom may occur in elderly people
 Life-threatening problems involving the heart. This symptom may occur even with normal do

Cardio-pulmonary eti: Cardiac or pulmonary problems are included in the etiologies of chest tightness. Blockages in the coronary arteries ie. The arteries which feed the heart blood can do this.  Also, a pulmonary embolism ie. A blood clot in the lungs can cause this.  It could also be caused by pneumonia or irritated muscles of the chest or less likely a dissection of the thoracic aorta.

Stress? Heart?: Hard to say without a thorough history and examination.  I would recommend seeing a doctor asap if this problem persists...It could be a heart/circulation problem; a psychological problem related to stress; a respiratory problem- breathing, sleep position..?

Go to ER!: If you have taken 10 puffs of your rescue inhaler, have done it correctly, and are not getting relief of your symptoms, you belong in an emergency room. Your airways could be so constricted or swollen that the medicine can't get where it needs to help you out. You need evaluation and you need it now!

Diagnosis of exclusn: Anxiety as a cause of chest tightness is a diagnosis of exclusion. That is, after all other causes have been ruled out, it can be considered. If you're not feeling anxious, I would look for a different cause. Asthma is very common in your age range and I'd be suspicious that's a contributing factor. Muscle strain would be next on my list, depending on your physical activities.
