Their main benefit is to enrich the seller. If your kid is not growing at a rate you are happy with, have his doc evaluate him. If there are medical issues they can be treated.

If open in a person with normal hormone levels even injecting growth hormone only pushes growth to where it would be naturally. These supplements are not pre-screened or regulated by the FDA. I see no benefit for a short kid.My suggestion is to have her pediatrician to evaluate her stature &amp; do a bone age study (x-ray of wrist/hand) to see if she is hormone deficient. This product likely won't hurt her but I think is a waste of time and money

At this age taking growth hormone will bulk muscle and could make bones thicker, but are not going to make them longer, and thus, no increase in height.
