Monitor closely: I am not an endocrinologist but an allergist.  We will sometimes see patients with your lab results when we are evaluating for chronic hives.  If you are pregnant and your TSH is that high, I think it is imperative that you speak to your OB/GYN as there are thyroid conditions that can occur specifically in pregnancy that require very close monitoring.  Your labs suggest an autoimmune condition.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if the value is higher than the normal level in the lab in which the test was done, it carries a risk of thyroid deficiency. See this site for more info.

You don't: A newer test is a tpo ab which is positive in 85% of people with hashimoto's and grave"s.

No.: The antibody does not make you impotent. But it may raises your risk of being less potent.  Less is still good enough.

: By MAYO clinic website: "some people with TPO antibodies may not have thyroid disease. But the presence of TPO antibodies may increase the risk of future thyroid disorders." So if TSH and T4 are normal, you should not have symptoms of hyper or hypothyroidism. Nodules in thyroid by US are not uncommon, your doctor will recommend the next step if needed.

: Your TSH level is not consistent with hypothyroidism. Your symptoms are likely from other issues. However, you are at risk of developing thyroid deficiency and should follow your doctor's advice for repeat test.

: Only if there are thyroid nodules greater than 1cm, which are easily felt by your doctor. If there are no nodules felt, the risk may be the same as everyone else.

40 yr female. total thyroidectomy in 2015 for graves disease and hashimoto's. 
recently my blood work indicated a thyroid peroxidase antibodies level of 11.  ths still at .01 all other thyroid levels in normal range.   wbc down to 3.4?

: I hope you're cared for by a thyroidologist or endocrinologist.  You had a very rare combination of both Graves disease which causes hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto's disease which causes hypothyroidism. Your TSH is abnormally low indicating high thyroid activity??from thyroid supplement. Both of your thyroid disorders are autoimmune disorders. A lowish wbc can be from an autoimmune process

Imaging: If not done so, proper imaging of the thyroid is indicated, including ultrasound and nuclear thyroid uptake scan. You may be suffering from hashimoto's thyroiditis, an immunologic condition  that affects your thyroid gland causing inflammation and often leads to an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism). Hashimoto's disease is the most common cause of hypothyroidism in the United States.
