Hair on arms: This sounds as though the hair you are experiencing is more than likely hereditary especially if your menstrual periods are normal.  If you develop facial hair growth or enlargement of the clitorris, then this could represent an elevated testosterone level.

You can: The TSH can be drawn at any time during the menstrual cycle. If that is not normal then additional blood tests may be needed - they can also be done irrespective of the menstrual cycle.

Thyroid function: Menstruation is not a problem with thyroid testing. If your healthcare provider orders the blood test, it should only be for thyroid stimulating hormone ( TSH). Other thyroid tests are possible, but usually not necessary. If you have a thyroid nodule, it is advised to have a radioactive iodine uptake test, and your healthcare provider can order it.

If left untreated, the most serious concern is a heart problem like rapid or irregular heartbeat. Longstanding hyperthyroidism can cause osteoporosis (fragile bones) and fractures. If untreated, other issues can be psychiatric disease, weight loss, trouble sleeping, or eye disease.

Don't wait til Feb: May be go to GP if not another GYN and get another blood test. Repeat hormone levels. R/O ovarian cyst? May need a abdominal sonogram .

No no relation: thyroid is a target organ for hair loss if it is normal that is good
most of the hair loss in women are inherited there is some medical factor thet we checked but the majority we do not find any specific factor 
women lose hair like man but they do not get bold like men 
your fibroid and your bleeding most likely are not contributing to the hair loss

29 year old slim female.menses irregular. wt 44kg.both overies show multiple small peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma what to do. conceiving issues are there.thyroid normal.is there any cause of concern?
