Exercise aerobically for 40 minutes 4 to 6 times a week, stick to a plant based  diet similiar to the meterranean diet and you will  likely see results. If not consult with an exercise physicologist who can help you design a program to suit your unique needs. Best wishes.

Reflux : Eating too spicy food can cause more acid secretion resulting in gastric reflux .

Possible: It is hard to know what is happening based upon the description but if she is sexually active pregnancy is always possible.  I would recommend a pregnancy test and discussion with her primary physician.

Induced Vomiting: You can not throw up parts of your stomach but you can end up with a small tear in your esophagus in which case you may see blood.  It is generally not a good idea to induce vomiting. If you are not eating because you are frequently nauseous then you need to be evaluated.
