GER: Likely your family has gastro esophageal reflux from a dysfunction of the muscle at the bottom of your esophagus that allows the contents of your stomach to wash back up into your esophagus. Please see your provider to see if your situation warrants an endoscopic look into your stomach to confirm the diagnisis.

Reflux?: It sounds miserable.
1- Excessive post nasal drip can accumulate in your stomach and cause nausea. Is it really bile and not mucous?   It sounds like you are gagging while brushing your teeth. Give the meds a chance.  2- Additionally, I wonder if your throat is very sensitive because of silent reflux which could also contribute to your nausea.

Morning "vomiting": May be gi-related but daily morning symptoms as described also suggests such entities as diabetes, atypical migraine, lung & sinus issues, & even functional disorders of the gut. Look at what is "vomited" (is there blood, mucus, sinus drainage, phlegm present?), weight loss, wheezing, fever, cough --the doctor will ask these & more when he/she clarifies the history here.  Evaluation is warranted.

Vomiting : Your vomiting needs to be assessed. There are many reasons for vomiting. 
     My advice is to be evaluated by your pcp.... a telemedicine evaluation would be a good start.

See your doctor: Please see your doctor about this recurrent problem.  Pregnancy is not the only thing that can make you throw up.

almost every morning i puke. even if i don't eat anything. the puke is usually bubbly. people keep say there may be a bile issue and something with the bile. what is the possibilities of this?

Need information: What do you mean by bubbly?  Is it clear secretions or undigested food?  A gall bladder problem is more likely to cause pain after eating a fatty meal.  Is there heart burn during the day?  Reflux or hiatal hernia may be a cause.  Headaches?  Morning vomiting can be related to increased intracranial pressure.  Pregnancy?  I recommend an evaluation with your doctor if this has happened often.

i have been very nauseous to the point that every morning i have to take my phenogren, and poop bile 3-5 times every morning. what could cause that?

Nausea: you have not given any medical history such as did you recently have your gallbladder out.  We need more information.  I suggest you see your doctor concerning this.

been on omeprazole 20 mg once every morning and mylanta every evening for years for bile reactive gastropathy .better but still some pain. if i increase omeprazole 20 mg to twice daily for a few weeks will it be harder to get off the omeprazole?

: If you're experiencing symptoms caused by bile reflux which is usually caused by prior surgery or pyloric valve damage. I'm not sure you're getting the proper treatment for it. Should you seek a second opinion?  Chronic bile reflux can lead to serious esophageal &amp; stomach damage.  I don't think taking omeprazole twice daily would be a problem though.

Find out the Reason: If you are sexually active, check for pregnancy.
If pregnancy is negative, go to your doctor and get it checked as there are a number of diseases (too many to list Here) with nausea and vomitting  as Symptoms.  Be We'll.
