Black pieces: Black pieces in vomit may be oxidized blood from your stomach lining secondary to inflammation. You were intolerant of the scallops or you may have developed gastritis from other irritants like alcohol, aspirin, anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen. If you continue to vomit or if large amounts of black vomitus or actual red blood appear, go to the hospital emergency room.

Get to the ER: Even if it isn't something serious , you need to get something to stop the vomiting. At this point, only an er can offer that. They also need to assess the dark brown/ black liquid. That is likely to be old blood.

See gastro: Coffee-ground emesis is not normal. Bile is green. Yes, you are on a medicine for ulcer, but sometimes there are failures. You still could have slow bleeding area, especially off and on. It is best to have it evaluated and maybe an upper endoscopy can look but depends on what your doctor feels.

At : At this point you have complex headache symptoms to include loss of balance, dizziness, vomiting and blacking out. Your headaches are also quite frequent.  You could easily fall and become injured. You absolutely need to be seen by the doctor. Your physician is likely to refer you to a neurologist. The source of your headaches needs to be evaluated, so that you can be properly treated.

Many reasons: There are many reasons for you to feel like this.  Most likely you are lacking from an adequate amount of water or fiber in your diet which may be causing constipation.  Try increasing fluid intake.  There are other reasons for you to feel like this that should be evaluated by a physician.

Nausea: Is pregnancy a possibility? Are you taking any medications that could be upsetting your stomach?If not you may be dealing with delayed stomach emptying. Avoid fatty and fried foods and avoid eating for two hours before bedtime. Ginger helps soothe nausea. If symptoms persist see your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate testing will be done.
