No: If your migraines are not controlled and if you have to take Ibuprofen constantly, this will do it. See a neurologist to control your headaches without the use of nsaids. These will irritate your stomach on the long run.

Vomiting: Possibilities include pregancy,  sinus drainage, anxiety and a host of others. Would need more info to narrow the answer.

Fatigue: Symptom of fatigue can have many potential causes. Are you stressed? Are you possibly depressed? Do you get adequate and restful sleep at night?  Have you consult it with a physician to get some routine bloodwork to rule out some of the most common causes of fatigue such as hypothyroidism and anemia?  Also, although it seems too simple to be true, a regular exercise routine can be quite helpful to raise energy levels.

No: Your GI tube should not cause you to throw up.  If you are getting chemo, that might be the cause.  If you are taking pain medicine, it could slow your stomach emptying.Then any tube feeds you are using can accumulate in your stomach and cause you to throw up in the morning.  Some medication might help, or changing your tube feed schedule.  But you sure don't need to suffer from daily vomiting!

Repeat pregnancytest: Repeat the pregnancy test first.  Then think about your diet.  Write down what you eat and when.  It could be an allergy to a food or something along that line.  If you vomit when you wake up your stomach is empty so start simple with a glass of tepid water.  But repeat pregnancy test first.

Time to get seen!: It is not normal to throw up every day, as you know.  It's impossible to figure out why without a lot more information and an exam.  See a doc this week and get checked to find out what is going on, please!

Morning "vomiting": The longevity of his symptoms argues against a mechanical problem, suggesting such entities as diabetes, atypical migraine, lung & sinus problems, & even functional disorders of the gut.    Look at what is vomited, and is there blood present,  weight loss, wheezing, fever, cough--the doctor will ask about these and more when he/she clarifies the history here.  Evaluation is certainly warranted.

Low cortisol?: Cortisol is a very important anti-inflammatory hormone secreted by your adrenal cortex. It is nature's prednisone. 
Too little cortisol can manifest as low blood sugar, inflammation, nausea , vomiting, anorexia and other symptoms 
your cortisol levels peak in the early morning. Maybe when your hubby gets up too early, his cortisol is too low and causes symptoms.

Exam/GI expert: He will need examination, upper endoscopy and prescription medication. Until seen I would recommend OTC Pepcid AM/PM-Prilosec or Nexium (esomeprazole) may help; however, he must be examined. I suggest GI evaluation.
