See a doctor: You should probably see someone with those symptoms. Other important questions to think about are;  do you have a fever? Did you feel something get stuck? When did it start? Is it getting worse or better? Can you still swallow fluids and solids?

Burning Breast Pain: Have you had a mammogram?   I don't push mammograms, but in your case, I would want to rule out an inflammatory breast issue.  See your doctor or a breast specialist.

Breast exam: Anytime one notices a new mass, lump, bump or skin change in the breast it is very important to have this evaluated by a doctor who can help determine if any work up or testing is needed. Breast pain can be from hormonal changes, weight changes, dietary changes, cysts, changes in exercise patterns, ill fitting bras and others.

Plugged Ducts: You may have  a plugged milk duct problem.   Be sure and alternate your positioning as you breastfeed the baby to be sure that all portions of the breast are being adequately " drained " as the baby feeds.  The "cross cradle" hold does a good job of emptying these outside ducts.  Try a warm compress also several times daily.  Congrats for breastfeeding your baby! Bravo!
