Fluid/Wax ??: Sounds like you may have a bit of fluid behind your ear drum. Most common cause this time of year is seasonal allergy. Try an antihistamine (Clariton  and if Blood pressure not a problem Clariton D. Also a BRIEF course of Neosynephrine Nasal Spray...All OTC  If not better see your Primary Care MD to have ears looked at. P.S sometimes a lot of cerumen (Ear "wax") may be the culprit.

Tablet neck.: Yes.  Holding your head down at that tablet-using angle puts a tremendous strain on the neck muscles, which are charged with holding the head in that unnatural position.  This will cause pain.

Keep appt: This is a problem that requires a face-to-face meeting with his doctor.  In that meeting, his doctor will listen to him, perform a throrough examination and possibly order labs or other tests. Based on this information, he/she will be able to tell him what's wrong and what to do about it.

Headaches/Neck pain: The association of headaches and neck pain may be seen in cases of tension, problems with posture, lack of sleep, and with trauma or lesions of the cervical spine. The most appropriate course of action is seeing a medical doctor to start a diagnostic process and treatment. Chiropractic doctors may help the posture and release tension in neck and back. Exercise and relaxation are very helpful.

had go nerve block for chronic migraines a week ago . feel pain has intensified since ? is this a side effect and does this mean im unlikely to get any relief from this procedure ? back of head is throbbing?

: Greater occipital nerve blocks (which I assume you had), do not work very frequently, especially if done unilaterally, and many US neurologists use this rarely, if at all.  Since arrival of the CGRP items, preventative therapy has become very achievable, but multiple approaches are now available.  Hope the procedure you had works BUT other options could be employed

C-spine disease: This sounds more like a cervical radiculopathy type of pain with a resultant tension type of headache and radiation of the nerve to the shoulders. Still you have to be seen so as not to miss anything more severe. A good exam and a good advise is best as the pain may be simple to treat as a symptom but the underlying disease may not be as easy. Go to your md.
