It depends: These are atypical symptoms which may be due to some ailment or due to anxiety. If you are bothered by them, you need to see your doctor who can examine you to be sure that all is well. he/she may prescribe medication to relax you in case you have a tense/anxious personality. An alternative is to start an exercise program(like a daily morning walk) to get Fit so that you feel healthy&amp; more relaxed

Carotid bruit: It may be your carotid artery. Please see your doctor and have duplex of carotids.

Could be: If neuro said yes then it is...Migraines are a specific kind of headache. Often associated with auras, can be one-sided or both sides. Interfere with work/daily life. Often throbbing in nature. Can have issues with light or sound and often patient has to sleep it off in a dark quiet room. Can be triggered by foods, stress, etc. I have had great success with acupuncture and chinese medicine..

have sinus infection, randomly while txting felt some popping sensation or like throbbing in back of neck . would that have to do with sinuses? ideas?

Neck pain: the neck pain is not related to the sinuses.  It is a muscle pain from leaning over the computer and not sitting upright with good posture while working.  Use some Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the pain.  Stretch the muscles.  Use some ice to the area, rotate the ice with heat after a few days of ice.  Should resolve in a few days.  Good luck and feel better!

normal for vertigo? off balance, throbbing head with no pain, stiff neck, blurry vision off and on and i get a swaying sensation when i walk.

Most of the symptoms: are "normal" for vertigo, but Vertigo itself isn't "normal'.   I don't usually find "stiff neck" as a symptom unless it's your body's natural attempt to lessen the symptoms.  My general rule of thumb is that it should lessen in 3 days and be gone in a week or so.  Meds help ease the symptoms.  If you get nausea or vomiting, are falling or have numbness, tingling or weakness anywhere, get help!
