Infection: Probably some kind of infection, despite the lack of visible swelling.  Especially likely if you have any history of IV drug use. Or, if your other infections are recent, could be throwing off emboli themselves from the heart. 

You need to get some blood tests to check for infection right away, since untreated this may complicate your heart issues more.

Nerve or muscle pain: It's very uncommon to get clots in the forearm. It may be median nerve pain. See your doctor for an exam.

i have a sharp throbbing pain in my right temple, it stops, then starts a throbbing pain in my right forearm. history of chronic headaches.

R/O TENSION HA: The 4 basic headaches are Tension, Sinus,migraine and cluster. The muscles that originate at the base of the neck insert near the temple. Rest /ice and a darkened room may help. Also a NSAID like Aleve (naproxen) /daypro. Muscle relaxant ie KLONOPIN/ FLEXERIL . Also neck X-ray to R/O arthritis GF DIET WHOLEAPPROACH.com You need a full exam an blood work to be through.

Second opinion: You need to have that sutured wound re evaluated by another surgeon before permanent damage occurs ..

A sprain: The pain from a sprain can last 4-6 weeks but should be slowly getting better.Make sure you and move your elbow completely.If the pain last any longer, see your doctor.

i have right side stinging or throbbing pain.have it 5 days now.i pulled a heavy rope with wet clothes on it.the pain started after that. is it muscle?

Muscle/tendon: It sounds like you have strained a muscle or tendon. You can take some ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) for the discomfort. It should resolve in a few weeks. If it is not resolving see your doctor.

Several problems!: You may have strained your rhomboids.  Another DX is subscapular bursitis,  (yes your scapula which glide across the fascia of your back,  have bursa!) scapulothoracic syndrome is another cause if you bend over while working with hands in front. The best  physicans to see are a rheumatologist, physiatrist, or ortho-pod. These are remedial with exercise, nsaids, and perhaps a steroid injection.

Herniated Disc: It maybe that in your neck. An MRI of your neck would help answer the question.
