my baby is 4 months sometimes when she breathes it sounds rumbly as if she has phlegm or something in the back of her throat. shes not sick, no fever, not fussy, not  turning purple/blue, no boogers. shes overall a happy baby but is this normal ?

went to ent and got camera up my nose doc said no throat cancer but couod they miss it 5 months agony throat sore to eat and drink ever hursts turning head docter admits back of throat is red and purple and something not right but cant find anythin?

: It is not feasible to do better than the ENT who examined you. You may wish to consider consulting a different ENT doctor for a second opinion. Cancer is unlikely but that does not address your symptoms.

Probably normal.: Hard to say without looking, but there are often pink bumps on the back of the throat which are nothing but little patches of white cells and supporting tissue.  Sore throat can be associated with a little accentuation of the normal.

See ENT physician: The tonsil and throat need to be examined in order for a diagnosis to be made.  The mention of "holes" makes me wonder about tonsil stones

Varicose veins : It is very common to have enlarged veins which we call varicose veins in and around the tonsil area. This is a common, normal variant.

i found a few dark red veins, almost purple in the back of my throat, right next to my tonsil. i've never had it before, it doesn't hurt or anything but looks kinda weird. is it normal?

: It could be a temporary issue in reaction to irritation, infection or trauma.  You could watch and wait. If the lesion bleeds, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
