.: Dosage of Azithromycin laz-ax is right. But most sore throats are due to virus, so not advisable to take antibiotics when not prescribed or not needed.

i have throat pain and mild dry cough. can i take combliflam and cetrizine together to cure it without complications?

Do you mean without: Harm? Well, combiflam is a pain killer, ibuprofen/acetaminophen combination, and cetirizine is an antihistaminic, either might work to relief pain/runny nose, if it is a mild viral URI, it might clear on its own anyway, if it doesn&#x27;t or gets worse in few days, see a doctor, use saline nasal wash and salt water gargles as well, good luck

Dry throat: If your throat hurts more when you wake up in the morning may be because of dryness from possibly sleeping with your mouth open, specially when you have a cold and maybe some nasal congestion.
Tray honey. If is persists beyond your cold, then have your doctor take a look.

Throat pain: This may be due the particular agent causing the infection and irritating the tissues in the areas you describe, or related to post-nasal drip irritating things or you may have an unrelated problem with acid reflux or other issues.  If it persists, see a doctor. Good luck.

: Check with your surgeon as sucking on cough drops may have adverse,inflammatory effects caused by their ingredients. He/she will recommend post op instructions.

: Though there are several viral and bacterial illnesses that start with sore throat and cough, I am concerned about the new onset of loss of smell and taste. These symptoms do sound like a COVID infection. I would strongly suggest that you be tested as soon as possible. Isolate yourself from others for 10 days. Drink plenty of fluids, and seek medical attention for shortness of breath/chest pain.

Laryngitis: She likely has laryngitis. Can no other symptoms besides voice. Will resolve in 7-10 days. If persistent symptoms, or you need reassurance, see ENT doc.

Viral syndrome: This is likely a upper respiratory viral infection in evolution.  Sore throat (pharyngitis) with fever, followed by cough and other flu like symptoms.  Best treatment is rest, plenty of fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for aches and fever.  A decongestant and cough suppressant may be helpful when these symptoms arise.  Throat lozenges can help with the sore throat.  If no better in 3-5 days, see MD.
