Not neurological: Given the info. I can see in your demographics, meds you're taking, ; other conditions you've listed the most likely diagnosis is of a non-neurological nature (i.e. Not  stroke, alzheimer's, seizures,  tumor, etc.).  But, it would not be unreasonable to get a good neurologist to look at you if not improving despite medications you've already been prescribed.  Other things could be examined.

what causes a crawling sensation like when you hear something sad your body tingles but this is in your head and neck?

: In 60 years of practice I have never heard of this complaint. Discuss with local Dr who may have in folks like you who live where you live.

i've had a bump on the left back side of my neck doc sad it was a lymph node but it's been there for a year + should i be concerned?

Be: Concerned with lymph nodes when these grow in size or harden. The fact that is there for a year, suggest lipoma. Keep checking with doc, and consider excision and drainage.

Depends: Sometimes there are lasers that can be used for pigmentation or creams.  I would see a dermatologist to recommend a treatment for you.

Yes: Those are hyperthyroid symptoms but throat closing is unlikely. It all should improve if you get the hyperthyroid treated.

Yes other dx poss: Yes, other things could lead to those symptoms-for example reflux/heartburn. Smoking increases your risk for reflux & that can cause burning feeling. However, in addition to seeing your doctor to evaluate these symptoms, maybe this would be a good time to talk to him/her about quitting smoking?!  you can do it--good luck!

i lost my voice 2 yrs ago now. now it only comes back on a sunday , but when it does my throat hurts so bad i can't eat any solid i had my thyroids check , but the doctor said thier fine

Vocal : Vocal changes persisting for two years deserves a proper laryngeal (voicebox) evaluation to make sure your vocal cords are moving properly and rule out any type of growth that may be interfering with their normal function. I would seek out an ENT in your area to have this done.

i had radioactive iodine4 yrs ago for graves' disease  & for 3 days my thyroid hurts really bad when i turn my neck or swallow. no sore throat. help?

Unclear question.: You had "thyroid " pain for 3 days after RAI treatment 4 years ago and now you have problem with throat pain when you turn your neck or swallow?    I think it is time for you to consult an ENT to find out what may be wrong with your throat.  I also wonder if you have a cervical spine problem but can't tell for sure based on your history. Make sure there's nothing wrong with your throat 1st.

Sore throat: If the pain is new and different than the discomfort with reflux, then you most likely have pharyngitis of a throat infection. Try hydration, rest, tylenol (acetaminophen) or Nyquil and if after a couple of days you are not improving see your doctor as you may need antibiotics. Avoid nicotine and alcohol.
