Not as bad as 1st : It is estimated that each of us are born carrying 3-4 recessive genes that can produce a metabolic problem if they show up in a newborn. (cf, sickle cell, others) pregnancies between closely related people are more likely to see these come out. As second cousins you are less likely than first to have this happen, but are not immune to the issue.

Depends: First is the dog's rabies vaccination up to date. ?Could the dog have been exposed to a rabid animal (does the dog show evidence of fighting, etc, )?  Otherwise the response depends upon the site of the bite, how much tissue was damaged, is there functional considerations (near the eye or mouth)?  Unless trivial, it is best to have it evaluated by your family doc or an er.

Depends on situation: If your cousin is 57"tall s/he is a good weight for height. If your cousin is average @ 45.5inches s/he is considered in the top 3% of the population for weight/height or obese. If tall  @ 6 and 50 " s/he would be considered overweight.

Genetic issues: Some geneticists believe that each of us carry recessive genes to an average of 4 problems. Things like cystic fibrosis, PKU and lesser known diseases. The closer you are genetically to a spouse, the more likely one of these will come together and result in a baby with an incurable genetic disorder or defect. The closest would be sibs, then cousins, then 2nd cousins,etc.

Trisomy-x: According to lyon hypothesis, mammalian species with multiple x chromosomes will have all x's inactivated except one; normally women have xx genotype thus has only one inactivated x ( barr body), men have xy thus has no inactivated x ( no barr body), your cousin most likely has a karyotype of 47, xxx, thus two barr bodies, so called " super woman", most are normal but a few may have problems.
