Hard to answer: In just 400 characters.  Stress definitely contributes to headaches either as a trigger for migraines or simply due to muscle tightness in jaws or neck.  lack of sleep can cause headache as can disrupted sleep with obstructive sleep apnea (probably a combination of muscular and more central pain mechanisms.) Sometimes headaches like yours just go away.

Time of headache: Few people wake with a muscle tension headache or get awakened by a muscle tension headache.  Avoid light and loud noises, basically all stimulus.  If she wakes with headaches i would be thinking more than muscle tension though they also can be very painful.

Sleep matters: Lack of sleep can be both a roger for depression and a symptom.   Try to get back in your sleep schedule avoiding caffeine and having regular exercise as well.   If you're still having problems with mood and sleep tall with your doctor.   A prescription change may be in order.

Probably not.: You may be fine and this may just be a normal variant.  However, you will need to see an ophthalmologist to determine if there are any problems.  For example, the lower eyelid could be pulled down by scarring or trauma, and a thyroid condition can cause the eyelids appear lower.

: Stomach symptoms are rarely caused by sleep deprivation. You may have 2 separate conditions or you have one condition, e.g. extreme stress which can cause both sleep deprivation and stomach issue. Take care.
