ANS: you need to be seen by an Internist who will do a detailed history, physical exam and directed testing to find the cause. I am one of those and happy to do 2nd opinion to get you started. Will need to see all labs and other tests done so far.

Depends on stone: If stone is not obstructing the kidney, or part of it, it may not because of pain. If activity causes pain, may not be the stone. Uncommon, but if stone is uric acid, can be dissolved with fluids and urine alkalinization. A typical calcium oxalate stone that size will require shock wave  treatment, or internal  laser treatment thru a scope passed up to the kidney. Prevent more:fluids,lemon,lowsalt

Seriously concerning: I can't comment on the quality of the health care you've already received, but I am VERY worried about you. Especially, I am seriously concerned that the vomiting you describe is due to acute pyelonephritis -- or that you have vomiting from some other cause and are now in kidney failure. You need to be under the care of a competent physician. Get to a major medical center now.
