Seriously concerning: I can't comment on the quality of the health care you've already received, but I am VERY worried about you. Especially, I am seriously concerned that the vomiting you describe is due to acute pyelonephritis -- or that you have vomiting from some other cause and are now in kidney failure. You need to be under the care of a competent physician. Get to a major medical center now.
