Two possibilities: You may have a small cysts called milia or you just may be seeing the opening to your sebaceous glands through the skin of your lips which is very thin. These are cold Fordyce spots.

Clear pimple: That sounds like that is a bullae and that is common when skin is burned.  This can be thermal or in your case chemical if he candy was hot. I would anticipate this to improve.

Have it examined: it may be as simple as an irritation,  a blocked salivary gland, a benign tumor or more ominous. if it has been present for more than 3 weeks it requires treatment.

: Usually, HSV2 does not cause darken lesions, they are usually flesh colored, white, and sometimes red. They usually cause bumps.

I do not understand: If you have cold sores you have herpes...herpes simplex 1. That does not mean that you have genital herpes- herpes simplex 2. IF you are scared, see your doctor for more information. That should help a lot.
