Not normal, get help: Blood in stool is a warning sign. Brisk bleeding warrants emergency care. Causes of bleeding may be predictable (e.G rectal trauma), but evaluation is always appropriate. A rule of thumb (but not absolute): black stool means bleeding comes from upper GI tract; grape jelly stool from small bowel; silver stool from biliary tree; burgundy stool from right colon; red blood from left colon to anus.

Constipation vs . . : Stomach is just one organ in abdominal cavity. But if you're bloated, it may be due to constipation (which can happen despite regular stools), gastric outlet issues, gluten sensitivity & other food allergies. Try an elimination diet to determine if you have specific food intolerance. You didn't mention your gender but female organs can cause bloating. Check in w/your family physician for evaluatio.

So if there is bloating with distension, sucking in your abdomen fully as one would normally do may not be possible.  But if just bloated, yes, it is possible.
