Uterine lesion: I believe further studies such as a hysteroscopic procedure with biopsy will be needed to determine the exact nature of the uterine lesion which appears to be a growth measuring almost 2 inches in diameter. Your gynecologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you.

Retroverted: uterus is a normal anatomic variation....it means the uterus is tilted towards your back within your pelvis.   The endometrium can also normally be hyperechoic, particularly in the secretory phase of your cycle.  In the absence of other findings it is probably OK

Depends : This depends on age. A 0.7cm thick endometrial thickness is normal for women who still have their period. If  in the older woman that doesn't have her menstrual flow then that is too thick. As for the other remark I would have to see it.

Nabothian cyst: please google the cyst     very benign condition no treatment is necessary
If you are over 48 year old, or having bleeding after menopause, then need to check the uterus cavity for pathology        if you are 30 year etc old with no menstrual problem   no treatment is necessary
Why you need to have ultrasound?   for what symptoms?

: See your GYN physician for an exam for guidance.  The mass may be related to a "missed abortion" ( failed intrauterine pregnancy) which may require removal.

It is just: describing the positions of your uterus and ovaries, and the appearance of your endometrium, which is likely hyperechoic due to the phase of your cycle.  It sounds normal unless there are other findings you don't mention.

Thinness: Eat more. However, if your diet is not the problem, hormonal testing (thyroid, etc.) may be helpful to see if there are any other causes that may be treatable.

Added fats: Put olive oil or butter or coconut oil on everything you eat.  Do resistance training  to build muscle.
