: Low blood flow very unlikely at age 19 (and never by sitting too much). Sounds more like peripheral neuropathy (diabetes?, heavy metal?, toxin exposure, B12 deficiency? Etc). Check with Internist of (preferably) Neurologist

Family practice: You can treat it just like the neuropathy caused by diabetes. Neurontin (gabapentin) is often used. If you have nerve damage which you may have you need to see a neurologist.

i tend to experience a lot of side effects from medications. should i try nerve blocks for my bilateral small fiber neuropathy leg pain?

Probably not: Nerve blocks may help if large nerve roots are inflamed or injured. Typically they are used for a person with back pain when there is bone fide pressure on a nerve. Even in these situations many people do not have significant (&gt; 50%) or sustained (&gt; 3 months) relief of pain. 
I agree that medications have some side effects.
Active physical/mental activity can
distract your brain from nerve pain.

severe leg pain for at least 4 decades and reflexes in knees now non-existent.  diangosis with peripheral neuropathy ten years ago. should i be concerned?

?etiology: Have your doctors uncovered the causation?  Have you been treated with medications that can relieve the symptoms, such as lyrica, (pregabalin) or cymbalta?  Are you experiencing increased weakness and/or numbness associated with the reflex losses?  Is there a role for usage of medical food such as metanx.  Might consider updating your evaluation, as neurologists may well be able to help you.

after i took levofloxacin my doctor said i developed peripheral neuropathy, now i've stopped the med i do feel better but i still have a leg pain that comes and goes for days and tinutus will i heal from this ? it is been a month and is it deadly?

: Not deadly but you should consult a neurologist to ensure that you do not have residual lesions and to ascertain if you need different treatment.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Peripheral Neuropath: Different possibilities exist for leg pains: neuropathy, vascular disease, and sciatica. Each of these can be ruled in/out based upon history, examination, and studies. Neuropathy is typically diagnosed with history of diabetes, chemo, toxic exposures, or no cause, and is associated with numbness/pain in a stocking distribution with absent reflexes. Emg/ncv can be helpful. Mri/ct usually negative.

Probably not: Spinal stenosis can produce pain along the nerves to your legs (radicular pain). Because it is a nerve pain, the pain in your leg can feel the same as the sharp pain in your face from trigeminal neuralgia. However, the two conditions are not related, in the sense that there isn't a whole body problem affecting both sets of nerves. The two conditions should be treated separately.
