Sciatica Pain : Adjusting lumbar spine results in relief of pain in that area. However if pain gets worse or have pain traveling into leg it suggests a nerve impingement in the lumbar spine. My guess is that you already had that going on and the adjustment just irritated it more and now you have the leg pain. Remember you don't feel anything if a nerve doesn't transmit a sensory signal.
