Absolutely. : Absolutely. In fact, even if a patient only has mild amount of excess fat in their thigh i would still highly recommend thigh liposuction. This is because the liposuction procedure itself not only removes unwanted fat but also increases the mobility of the skin on the thigh by making multiple tunnels. This then allows for removing more of the excess skin on the thigh with the lift procedure as well as decreasing the tension at the wound closure site. Overall by taking more skin this will give a more pleasing result and likely a better scar because of the lessened wound tension.

The : The incisions for a thigh lift are usually placed in the groin creases.  If there is a lot of extra skin present, the incision may extend down the inner thigh.  Thigh lifts may be combined with liposuction for a better contour.

Firm: I know of no such thing .   I have seen shoes advertised with goofy claims.  This would be one of those goofy claims.
